A friend recommended HeartHolistic Massage. My Achilles tendon had been causing me considerable pain since early January. Derek diagnosed the problem and worked on it relieving the tension and dispersing the nodules
that had formed. He taped it and gave me instructions on how to re-tape the area. It is not completely healed and will probably need another session or two. The difference is remarkable. Having previously only had a
massage on holidays to relax this was the first time I had one for an injury. The treatment was excellent and very professional. I would recommend his services wholeheartedly to anyone with a muscle or tendon injury.

Really good experience ! I practice martial arts in a very intense way. Recently, I got an injury on my upper part of the back and the neck. The pain was very intense as the muscles were completely tight. After just visiting Derek once, the area feels completely relaxed and the pain has almost disappeared. He is very professional and pays a lot of attention to the details, finding the real spots causing the soreness. Also, the place is fantastic, it feels very comfortable, tidy and familiar. It totally helps relaxing the whole body and mind. I will definitely come back again!

I had an excellent experience with Derek, after learning about him through NextDoor. He was able to see me at short notice (same day booking) in my home. He was responsive, friendly and professional. I called because I had a very painful shoulder, which he approached with care and regularly checked to make sure I was okay. Today (the day after), it's feeling much better.
